Our hand-selected, and raffia bundled, (called a bota in Malagasy) Gourmet Black Bourbon pods are supple and oily. They range in colour from black to dark brown, and measure 16 -17 cm in length. At the time of dispatch from Madagascar, our pods had a moisture content of 32.03%, and vanillin content of 1.76%. Our Gourmet Black Bourbon pods are boldly flavored, with woody, rummy notes, and a creamy balsamic roundness. Free postage.
